St. Rose Parents' Club consists of all parents of currently enrolled students. The officers for 2010-2011 are:

The Mission of the Parents' Club is to provide support to St. Rose School, staff, parents, and students by giving communication, fundraising support and educational opportunities.
Communication activities include:
- Uniform Exchange
- Santa's Secret Workshop
- Reading is Fundamental (RIF)
- Volunteer Opportunities
- Telephone Tree
- Share Hours
- Parent Education Seminars
- Teacher and Staff Appreciation Activities
- Christmas Luncheon for St. Rose Staff
Fundraising - Parents' Club provides $75,000 to the annual school budget, along with providing support for additional activities throughout the school year. The major fundraising event is the annual gala school auction.
Educational Opportunities:
Funds are alloted to each St. Rose School class, including Music and Physical Education programs, to be used for field trips or to bring programs into the school. RIF (Reading is Fundamental) is provided three times per year for students in pre-school through grade three.

SCHOOL COMMISSION
The School Commission meets monthly and is an advisory body to the principal and pastor. Commission members consider issues of finance, curriculum and facilities, and aid the principal in the area of policy formulation. Officers for the 2009-10 school year:
